Whether you're here for a week or a month, this entire apartment at Hidalgo Residence gives you a perch above the city with room to breathe, cook, gather, and settle into the rhythm of one of Mexico's most compelling cities.



Living & everyday comfort

The living space is set up for ease. Wifi keeps you connected whether you're working remotely or simply staying in touch, and a TV offers a reliable wind-down option at the end of the day. A private entrance means you come and go entirely on your own terms, and the building elevator - with generous interior dimensions, at least 52 inches deep and a doorway at least 32 inches wide - makes arrivals and departures with luggage straightforward.



Sleeping arrangements

The apartment accommodates up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms, each with its own bed, and 3 bathrooms. Cotton linens, room-darkening shades, and closet storage make each room a genuinely restful place to return to. Essentials are included throughout - towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper - so you can settle in without running errands on arrival.



Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen is set up for real cooking. A refrigerator, other gas stove, microwave, and cooking basics - pots, pans, oil, salt and pepper - give you everything needed to prepare meals from scratch. Dishes and silverware, a drip coffee maker, a blender, and wine glasses add flexibility for everything from an early breakfast to a relaxed evening in. Pull up a chair at the dining table and eat at your own pace.



Bathrooms

All three bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and a hair dryer, so there's no need to pack the basics. Hot water is available throughout.



Parking & access

Free parking garage on premises and free street parking make arriving by car simple - a genuine convenience in a central city location. Self check-in via keypad means you can arrive on your own schedule without coordinating with anyone. Luggage dropoff is allowed for guests with early arrivals or late departures, and long term stays are welcome for those spending 28 days or more.



Location

Hidalgo Residence sits close to some of Guadalajara's most well-known neighborhoods and landmarks. Paseo Chapultepec, Glorieta Minerva, and the Historic Center are all nearby - each with its own character, from tree-lined streets and café terraces to grand architecture and city squares. Return at the end of the day to your balcony, the city below, and the skyline doing what it does best.



Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



Dear guest, at the end of your visit, please make sure to leave the access cards inside the apartment. Your help is essential for us, thank you very much!



Guests staying with us for more than 2 nights will be allowed to access the pool. For shorter stays, only the gym is available, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



Check-in is done at the lobby. Prior to your arrival, we will send you information with your access code to the door, as it is equipped with an electronic lock.



Our staff can welcome you between 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time, please contact your host).



Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



*The check-in time for same-day reservations will be from 6:00 pm onwards.

Guadalajara, the capital of the state of Jalisco, is characterized for being a dynamic and diverse city that offers a wide range of cultural and economic experiences. The location of the lodging brings you close to the points with the most social interaction, such as: Paseo Chapultepec, glorieta Minerva and the Historic Center.



Getting Around:

We recommend renting a car from the airport or you can use the cab service or the Uber platform to get around the city.

To ensure a 5-star stay, please consider the following information:



The cleaning fee covers pre- and post-stay cleaning; it does not include any cleaning or laundry services during your stay.



The displayed nightly rate is the base price, which includes 1 to 5* guests. For additional guests, there will be an extra cost of approximately $10* USD per person per night.



The accommodation has a capacity of 6, as indicated in the listing. Please note that Airbnb does not count children and infants within the capacity, but the condo does. When booking, include the exact number of guests, including adults, children, and infants.



-Guests are not allowed.



-Pets are not allowed.



-Linen changes are not provided during the stay.



-Provided amenities are for a single-night stay.



-Basic kitchen utensils are tools, not consumables.



-The grill is available upon request with 24 hours' notice.

-Maintenance and administration of common areas in the condo are not managed by Del Mar Boutique Accommodation.



-It's important to note that due to ongoing development in Guadalajara, there may be construction near the condos, leading to daytime noise.
