Master Bedroom: Spacious master bedroom with a king-size bed, premium linens, blackout curtains, and a calm, hotel-style setup designed for deep rest and comfort. high end lamps, design rounded mirror and top furniture.

Walk-In Closet / Flexible Space: Large walk-in closet designed to offer generous storage and added flexibility. The space includes a comfortable double sofa bed that can be prepared upon request for occasional needs, without affecting the main living areas or the overall comfort of the apartment. ( it has a direct entry to the bathroom so doesn’t affect master bedroom comfort).

Bathroom (Spa-Style): Modern spa-style bathroom featuring a large walk-in shower, elegant finishes, hotel-grade toiletries, plush towels, washcloths, and a hairdryer. Designed to feel calm, clean, and refined.

Living Area: Spacious and light-filled living room with a comfortable seating area, large Smart TV, and floor-to-ceiling windows. The space opens directly to the private balcony, creating an airy and relaxed atmosphere ideal for unwinding or working remotely.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully stocked with all your essentials identified in the description plus coffee capsules for the Coffee maker machine, sugar, olive oil, salt, pepper, tea kettle for loose tea, and basically all kitchen and dining elementals, we also count with wine and cocktail bar.

Pool: The building has a pool located on the 6th floor amenities deck. There is also a shallow wading pool for younger children. Pool & Beach towels are provided in your closet. Pool hours are from dawn to dusk. There are grills for your use at the pool as well with outdoor dining tables.

Gym: The building has a gym located on the 6th floor amenities deck. The gym contains various cardio and weight/strength training equipment along with a spin studio. Gym hours are 24/7.

Parking: The unit comes with 1 garage parking spot for your first vehicle. To park, you will receive a decal to access the gate-secured parking garage which will be provided during check-in.

Safety: Your unit is equipped with a smoke detector and carbon monoxide alarm. Your unit also contains a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit under the kitchen sink. Security cameras are present around the building common areas and exterior. A photo ID is required by the building for all registered guests.

Other amenities: Iron and ironing board, washer/dryer, laundry detergent, beach towels, beach chairs, beach cooler, high speed wifi, two 55 inch smart tvs, basic cleaning supplies, other local goodies upon arrival, host available 24/7, front desk staff and security 24/7 in building.
