As part of ongoing urban development, there may be active construction in the surrounding neighborhood. Guests may occasionally experience minor noise or short-term traffic adjustments during daytime hours.

🚗 Parking & City Access

Like most downtown urban locations, parking availability and conditions may vary depending on time of day and city activity. We recommend planning transportation in advance when possible.

🔇 General Expectations

This is a centrally located urban residence, ideal for guests who value walkability, convenience, and city energy. While the home itself is designed for comfort and relaxation, city life naturally comes with a dynamic environment.

The apartment is most comfortable for 2 adults. The sofa bed is available as an extra sleeping option and is best suited for children or light use.

We are committed to providing a clean, comfortable, and well-prepared space, and we are always available to support you during your stay.
- Please always keep the apartment door closed and locked whenever you step out or leave the unit.
- Please treat the furniture, appliances, towels and bedsheets with care.
- No wet swimming suit, tanning lotion, or makeup on the sofa or bed. Do not wipe makeup with the towels we provide. We will bill for permanently stained towels and sheets.
- Lost key fob will incur a $200 replacement fee.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Any smell of smoke will automatically result in a $400 fumigation fee charged directly to the guest.
- Violation of house rules will result in up to $1,000 fine and/or eviction without a refund.
