Smoking of any kind is prohibited: this includes cigarettes, marijuana, vapes, hookah, and e-cigarettes.
• Inside the unit
• On balconies
• In hallways
• Anywhere on building grounds
If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed, no exceptions.

+ No parties or events/gatherings. There are cameras at the door entrance and noise detectors in the house

If a party or unauthorized gathering occurs:
• Police may be contacted
• Reservation will be cancelled immediately
• $500 penalty
• No refund

+ Shoe-Free Home: To keep our home as clean and cozy as possible, please leave your shoes at the door.

+ Pet Policy: Prior approval is required. Only small-breed pets are allowed.
Bringing a pet without authorization:
• $500 violation fee

+ Quiet Hours: Let`s respect our neighbors! Please observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 6 AM.
+ Maximum Occupancy: Our home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. We kindly ask you to adhere to this limit.

🌟 Heads Up on Additional Fees (Just in Case!):
+ Extra Cleaning Fee: You may be charged an extra fee of up to $500 for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates it.
+ Damage Compensation: We hope it never comes to this, but if there’s accidental damage, we`d appreciate your cooperation in covering the costs.
+ Smoking Penalty: A steep $500 fee to ensure a smoke-free environment for all.
+ Uninvited Party Fee: A $500 charge to uphold the peaceful charm of our home.
+ Early/Late Check-in: $35/hour (if pre-arranged); $75/hour for unauthorized late check-out.
+ Additional Guests: Hosting more than 6? It is not allowed, and if caught, it is $25/night for each additional guest.
