Newly renovated and furnished modern luxury mountain retreat! The home is truly an entertainers dream. Location is truly unbeatable - less than 10 minute walk in the warmer months to Frisco's charming Main St and less than 30 minute drive to the core I70 mountain resorts - Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin, Vail, Keystone; Beaver Creek
The estate is set on large land acreage with space between your neighbors offering a private secluded feeling. Often sightings include moose, foxes, and many more!
Home setup and notable features:
Upstairs:
- 1 master king bedroom with a 65" TV (2 closets, full en suite bathroom, double vanity)
- 3 bedrooms each with a queen bed, walk-in closet, dresser, and a 55" TV
- Spacious full bathroom with two sinks and a tub perfect for relaxation
- Linen closet with extra sheets, pillows, and towels
- Bonus points for the incredible view of Mount Royal from the 2nd floor stair case!
Downstairs:
- Cozy living room with 55" TV above the fireplace with a lift-top coffee table
- A fully stocked "chefs" kitchen with every appliance imaginable (2 ovens, gas range, and all new appliances) perfect for home cooked meals or take out with a dining room table that seats 8 and a kitchen island that seats an additional 4
- Half bath off the living room
- A dedicated home office with dual monitors (for Windows only at the moment)
- Dedicated laundry room with brand new washer / dryer
