The Space:

Step inside to a warm, inviting interior designed for comfort and connection. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and everything you need to feel at home, perfect for preparing a hearty breakfast before a day on the slopes or a relaxed dinner after time by the lake. Start your mornings with coffee from the Ninja or Keurig as natural light fills the space.



The dining table for six serves as a central gathering place for meals, board games, or mapping out the day’s adventures. Just beyond, the living room welcomes you with a spacious sectional sofa, a cozy fireplace, and a smart TV for relaxing evenings in. A lift-top coffee table adds versatility, easily transforming into a dining surface or workspace ideal for remote work with a mountain backdrop. Sliding glass doors open to the balcony, blending indoor comfort with fresh alpine air and peaceful surroundings.

This home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests across 4 private bedrooms:



Bedroom 1: Full-over-full bunk beds with a twin trundle

Bedroom 2: Queen bed with smart TV

Bedroom 3: King bed

Bedroom 4: King bed, fireplace, and ensuite bathroom with dual vanity, heated floors, and a shower/tub combo



A full guest bathroom with a dual vanity and shower/tub combo is also available



THINGS TO NOTE:

Driveway and garage parking for up to 4 vehicles

Two exterior Ring security cameras: one at the front porch and one above the garage monitoring the driveway

Steep driveway; 4WD required during winter months

Children 12 and under do not count toward occupancy

Primary renter must be 25+ years old

Washer and dryer in home.

No pets

No smoking

Max. Occupancy: 8 guests

No BBQ

Wi-Fi may be slower during heavy snowfall.

No A/C (like most homes in Tahoe - enjoy the cool mountain breezes).
