Pet Policy
Allison Drive is dog-friendly for one dog up to 45 lbs. A pet fee of $35 per night plus tax will be added to your reservation. A flat rate of $300/month is available for monthly rentals. Guests with pets must sign the Pet Waiver.

Cancellation Policy

Short-term reservations of 14 nights or less may be canceled and refunded fully up to 30 days prior to the check-in date.

Reservations canceled 29 - 14 days prior to the check-in date are refundable up to 50% of the total reservation amount.

Reservations canceled 13 days prior to the check-in date or less are non-refundable.


Long-term Reservations of 15 nights or more may be canceled and refunded fully up to 90 days prior to the check-in date.

Reservations canceled 89 - 45 days prior to the check-in date are refundable up to 50% of the total reservation amount.

Reservations canceled 44 days or less prior to check-in date are non-refundable.
