Kid's Paradise

This house is a kids’ paradise, packed with unforgettable amenities you won’t find anywhere else. It may not be the most luxurious home, but its 10,000 square feet of space and endless activities more than make up for it.
On the property:
Enjoy miles of private trails on the 10-acre property, perfect for walks, bike rides, or a peaceful sunset stroll. Hidden in the woods are a two story fortress and an epic treehouse with a bridge walkway to the roof of another hideout, which makes exploring the property even more fun for kids and adults alike. A walk at sunset through the trails makes this one of the most peaceful and serene places on earth.
Sports, games, and activities:
Head to the indoor turf arena to play in any weather. If soccer isn’t your style, hit some balls in our professional-grade pitching machine. Take the go-kart out for a spin, or have an epic game of laser tag with our set of 10 professional-grade laser tag guns. You’ll also find a pickleball court next door and five bikes if you want to venture out into the neighborhood.
Water, pond, and outdoor fun:
Take a dip in the indoor pool, which stays delightfully refreshing even when the summer heat is sweltering. Relax in the hot tub with a waterfall cascading into the pool. If rest and relaxation is more your style, head down to the pond to enjoy the peaceful sounds of frogs and cicadas, or do some fishing from the dock. There are also two kids’ kayaks at the pond for even more fun on the water.
Animals and indoor entertainment:
Visit the barn to pet our friendly pygmy goats (they’re only knee height and great with kids). Inside, the basement is equipped with a state-of-the-art gym, pool table, and foosball, so there’s always something to do no matter the weather.
Location:
We’re just 30 minutes from Arrowhead, where the world cup games will be played. And we are 25 minutes from Compass Minerals, where many teams will be practicing, making this a great home base for sports fans.
