* Pre-Arrival : Before your stay, the primary guest will need to complete a quick pre-arrival form via the PMI St. Augustine Guest Portal. This ensures you’ll have everything needed for a smooth check-in.

* Streaming Services : All televisions include streaming apps. You are welcome to log in with your personal accounts—just remember to log out before you depart.

* HoA for the complex this property is located in requires a rental registration be completed and background checks performed for the guests staying at the property. Once booked we will provide the details regarding these processes.
