This Palm Springs condo will be just the place to call home base with great mountain views, beautiful lush lawns, and a perfect location in one of the best Palm Springs condo communities available - Sunrise Villas. Boasting three TVs, three DVD players, a gas grill, free WiFi, a beautiful new kitchen with granite countertops and new appliances, indoor and outdoor dining, and eight pools and spas for your use, there will be no need to sacrifice any comforts of home here. For tennis lovers, there's a private tennis court located conveniently across the street. The master suite features a large bedroom with sliders to the patio connecting to the lush grassy green-belt (with mountain views), and the attached master bathroom features double sinks, a tiled shower, a full mirror over the vanity, a very large walk-in closet with mirrored sliding doors. The second bedroom features ideal sunlight, two twin beds, a small desk, and offers great separation from the main bedroom (separated by two bathrooms and a hallway). The courtyard entrance allows for privacy with a private gated entrance to this specific condo that encloses the patio area before you reach the front door of this Palm Springs condo.
