Escape to Rancho Mirage at this mid-century modern vacation rental—perfect for that well-deserved family getaway! Completely remodeled in March of 2023, this home boasts elegance and upscale modern living. Showcasing high ceilings and a sunny, airy interior, this home features an open-concept living area with lots of windows and a large TV, a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and an elegant dining area. In addition to two bedrooms, a den houses a queen futon for extra sleeping space. Step through the sliding glass doors and out to your oasis backyard complete with a sparkling, heated pool, gas firepit, and a lovely seating area perfect for relaxing with your favorite reading material or dining al fresco with the help of the gas grill. Additional conveniences include a washer/dryer, while central air-conditioning and heating ensure everyone stays comfortable during their visit.

This home is located in Magnesia Falls Cove near The River—Rancho Mirage's downtown core filled with restaurants, shops, and local entertainment options. Spend the day on Mt. San Jacinto via the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway (just 17 miles away) where you will ascend to over 8,000 feet to experience breathtaking views of the Coachella Valley. And in the evening, head to Agua Caliente Resort Casino Spa, just seven-and-a-half miles away, for dining, gambling, and live entertainment.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The fireplace is not operational.
Guests must book for a minimum of 28 days.
Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

Great place!

Stayed for a month and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Neighborhood is great. Nice little mid-mod place. Would definitely rent again.

Beautiful Neighbourhood

At 4000 dollars for the month this house was a great little find . The neighbourhood is absolutely beautiful and quiet , the view from the front porch outstanding and little pool in the back a very private oasis . Location is ideal , you can actually walk from the house directly to the bump and grind trail network in 10 minutes . Vacasa was responsive to any concerns . This is an older house that has had minimal renovation . Bathrooms , kitchen cupboards need upgrading . The double bed in the second bedroom is not great for a couple but the futon in the den is decently comfortable . The back sliding glass door is very problematic and needs to be replaced . The fireplace is only for show, The garage does not fit a full size truck . I would still stay here again .

Cute house lacking amenities

We had a lovely stay at the Mirage Cove. The neighborhood is adorable and quiet. There are a ton of food/ grocery/ shopping options nearby for you to enjoy. Absolutely stunning view of mountains from front porch and lovely pool area in the back. My major gripe is there was no Cable Tv, even though it was advertised. Since we traveled during Covid our plan was to stay at the home all day. And I was also expecting a washer/ dryer but could not locate it anywhere. All of the customer service people I spoke with were all extremely kind and helpful. They all receive 5 stars. However, as this house is managed by a professional management company I was disappointed in many ways. Nowhere, other than listing page, could I find out what the amenities were in the home which I looked at multiple times. Their is a section that states their homes come with Cable and Washer/ Dryer which ours did not. There was a stained channel guide from 2016 and futon instructions included in the binder in the home but that is it other than restaurant recommendations and the rules (for the 20th time). Could I have used the garage? No clue. There was an over emphasis on the rules, which I understand, but they need to give that same treatment to making renters aware of what is actually included in the home. Was also not a fan of paying multiple booking fees and a large cleaning fee to then have to take out all trash, do dishes, strip bed before a 10AM departure time. I understand this is normal but for the amount of money paid its just a bit frustrating considering we only there 2 days and barely dirtied the home. Overall, if the management company put in more effort to be detailed with their rentals this would have been a 5 star trip.
