Needs new beds!!

Loved the decor! Supper clean! Needs minor repairs . But the beds are hard as a rock! We had to sleep on the floor and couch the whole time! No refund or change of condos was offered! We didn’t sleep the whole time we were there! Can’t recommend this place because of the beds!

Need some matainance and the beds were so hard we had to sleep on the floor! Got no sleep the whole time we were there. Requested a different unit or refund for one night so we could sleep in a hotel bed but they said no! They could not help us!

The bed in the master bedroom was extremely hard, uncomfortable and squeaked every time you moved. One of the chairs at the counter was broken(missing screws) and could have been a liability. Fixtures were loose -kitchen faucet loose at base, master shower handle was also loose. We found a huge load of towels in the dryer. Window treatments did not provide sufficient privacy. The dinette chairs were worn and uncomfortable. The area rug in the living room had numerous stains. We would not return to this property.

Had to leave early as I was losing sleep due to firmness of the mattress. Wasted multiple days of rent, but had to find somewhere else to sleep

Warm and inviting.

Mattress and Cookware Lacking...

I would have given this unit 4 may 5 stars, but unfortunately the king mattress and lack of cookware make it a 2. The mattress is old and needs to be replaced. No amount of extra top padding is going to change that fact. I'm guessing it is several years old. There is no excuse for not replacing it considering the good pricing on mattress these days. The cookware also needs to be replaced. There is no regular frying pan or pasta size pot. This too is inexcusable since a new cookware set can be purchased inexpensively. Other than those issues, the unit is nice, but it is time for a deep clean in the corners.

Oro Valley nice location

This Vistoso Resort Casita is in a wonderful location. The back of the property is next to a wash with abundant desert climate animals. It was fun to see them in the morning and the birds throughout the day. Once the dog saw a lizard and from then on thought there was one under every bush on the property. The property is well maintained with numerous paths to walk the dog.
