Step out of the river rock shower onto heated bathroom floors. Enjoy coffee on covered deck over a beautiful property. Great home base for nearby resorts. Kids and adults alike enjoy the treehouse feeling of the lofted bedroom with skylight to count the stars. This condo is in a super location! Easy access to the Boat Ramp to enjoy Lake Tahoe! Three or more public beaches two with piers a short walk from the condo. See some of our hard earned reviews. Walk to town year round on bike trail.
The space
This split level condo is had an extensive remodel from top to bottom in 2018, then the lofted sleeping area was redesigned into an open bedroom with bath ensuite 2024. Assigned parking spot with Unit number painted on pavement. Half flight of exterior entry stairs with some aspen trees bordering the parking area from the house. Enter on to a well lit mudroom with a breathtaking Tahoe Canvas over the front door. Cozy bench to kick off the flip flops or the snow boots depending on the season. Half flight of stairs up to the living area with vaulted ceilings, sky lights and a small deck. Brand new appliances throughout this getaway home. Deluxe Stove & Dual zone oven, food processor, pasta maker, etc. etc. Fully stocked kitchen ready to be base camp to all your Tahoe adventures. With so many beaches, resorts and trails so nearby it's easy to run home for meals if so desired. Dining table seats six, breakfast bar with two stools. Extra large L shaped plush couch surrounds a one of a kind wood burl coffee table. Real wood burning fireplace with oversize flat screen TV above mantle. Small deck surrounded by pine trees, more than two stories off the ground, with garden table for two, new BBQ and wood rack for fireplace. Above part of the living spaces is a bonus sleeping loft. The third new Queen bed is located aloft and the second full bath. Downstairs from the entry the hall way has new Maytag Maxima laundry machines. From hall way access full bath with large river rock shower, or either bedroom. Furthest bedroom is a bit larger, new Queen poster bed and full length mirrored closet doors. First bedroom also with new Queen bed and half bath en-suite. Both rooms have floor to ceiling window in on one wall. Surprisingly well lit by natural light with the shades drawn, helped by the elevation off the ground. Bedrooms are more than a story up due to slope.
Condo complex offers grounds keeping year round including per storm snow removal in the winter. During summer only the grounds feature a pool, sand volleyball court, and two tennis courts, and peaceful surroundings littered with wildflowers. . Snow Removal means car must be moved during the day when it snows. If your car is not snow worthy please communicate concerns to Tahoe City Rental Solutions.
