The Space:

The living room has comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and a gas-log fireplace, with large shuttered windows for light and privacy, flowing into the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.



Upstairs, both bedrooms have ceiling fans, and the primary opens onto a private balcony with mountain views.

Primary bedroom: King bed, ceiling fan, private balcony access

Bedroom 2: Queen bed, ceiling fan

Bathrooms: Full baths upstairs plus a main-level half bath

This is a quiet residential community governed by an HOA, and guests are expected to respect all neighborhood rules and quiet hours.

This home does not have a private pool; guests use two shared resort pools. A Weber gas BBQ is on the patio.



No pets.



Quiet hours: 9pm to 8am. The primary booking guest must be 25 or older.



Community pool hours are generally from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Please note that hours may vary depending on HOA regulations or maintenance, so we recommend confirming the posted hours at the pool during your stay.



Park two vehicles in the garage plus one additional in a designated space; parking in front of the garage is not allowed.
