Quiet, Comfortable Sunset Ocean Beach Apartment!

Comfortable, fully furnished apartment in the best location of San Diego. A block to the breathtaking Sunset Cliffs and just down the block to a sandy cove beach - some of the most beautiful oceans in Southern California, and only a four block walk to all of the fun, eclectic hippie beach town vibes and new, exciting gastronomy and microbreweries on Newport Ave. This is the place you want to be in San Diego.



The Space:

The space is an attached, back apartment and features one enclosed bedroom with queen bed, attached bathroom, full kitchen with everything you need to live like you're at home, and a spacious living room with seated dining table, smart tv, and a lay flat couch.



The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking essentials like pots, pans, and utensils. However, we DO NOT provide cooking oil, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, or laundry detergent.



Guest Access:

The unit is a back apartment. You'll have exclusive use of the interior of the entire space during your stay and use of the communal grassy, garden yard, private patio space, and shared, coin laundry room.



The Neighborhood:

Ocean Beach often referred to as OB, is one of San Diego's best beach communities. This funky seaside town sits between the Pacific Ocean to the west and the more upscale enclave of Point Loma on the hill to the east. It is laid-back and less rowdy than the San Diego neighborhoods of Mission Beach and Pacific Beach a few miles north.



Although Ocean Beach sits on prime waterfront real estate, the neighborhood still exudes a small-town atmosphere, making it an ideal place to live and visit. Where other beach communities have embraced commercialism, Ocean Beach remains fiercely independent and skeptical of wholesale change. You're more likely to see a food co-op than a fast food chain. The Ocean Beach community is so tight-knit that residents often refer to themselves as OBceans, pronounced "oh-BEE-shuns."



Getting Around:

Once in town, most everything can be done on foot! We're also a short drive or Uber to Downtown, Convention Center, Gas Lamp, Harbor, Waterfront, Seaport Village, Balboa Park, San Diego Zoo, Sea World, and so much more!



Other Things to Note:

This property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, and we have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for any excessive noise, additional guests over reserved amount, or any disturbance to the community in any way. Please do not reserve unless you will treat the space like your own home. Laundry machines are community coin operated and shared with 6 other units.



Interaction with Guests:

We love hosting and meeting guests and are available at any time day or night to answer any questions, make local recommendations, or provide anything that's needed; however, we will give you your privacy and space during your stay and only interact with pertinent information.
