This modern one-level apartment on the second floor combines comfort, style, and an unbeatable location for up to four guests.
The master bedroom, separated from the other areas, features a king-size bed and a balcony with beautiful green views. The secondary bedroom offers a double bed and is connected to the shared bathroom (also used by the master bedroom), as well as the washer-dryer, dining area, and equipped kitchen. Both bedrooms share the balcony with lovely views of the park.
Each bedroom includes a Smart TV, a closet, a ventilation fan, and blackout curtains for restful nights. For added convenience, the loft also comes with an iron and ironing board.
The apartment is fully equipped with bed linens, towels, and a welcome kit to make your arrival more comfortable. This kit includes:
Toilet paper rolls
Shampoo
Shower soap
Trash bags in all bins
Dish soap
Dish sponge
Kitchen towel
Once the welcome kit items are used, guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies. If you require cleaning service during your stay, it is available for an extra charge.
