New to market! Be among the first to stay at this newly renovated home in Narragansett. The house is clean, bright, and airy. It is part of the Forest Lakes private beach association on the Narrow River that is quiet and family-oriented.

The hardwood floors on the main level are newly refinished. The kitchen has new cabinets, new quartz counters, and new stainless steel appliances. The lower level was completely renovated from top to bottom with new walls and doors, new luxury vinyl plank flooring, and a new washer and dryer. The furniture is all new including queen beds with high quality mattresses in each of the four bedrooms. The house has central A/C throughout.

The living room has charming built-ins stocked with books, puzzles and games, and a gas fireplace for chilly evenings. There is a smart TV above the fireplace.

The kitchen is well-equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, pots & pans, a coffee maker with both carafe and pod brew, blender, toaster, toaster oven, microwave, waffle maker, etc.

The dining area has a large table with 8 chairs. Sliding doors lead to the deck with an umbrella table and eight chairs with cushions.

Off the main hallway is a full bath, the primary bedroom with additional full bath, and also bedrooms 2 and 3. All bedrooms have cellular shades or blinds plus blackout curtains for a good night's sleep. None of the beds are against a wall so there is no climbing over people and you can freely walk around them. There is a new tankless hot water system that can provide virtually unlimited hot water. All new bedding, linens and towels are provided.

The lower level has a spacious family room with large screen smart TV and a pullout couch with queen bed. There is also a dedicated office with two desks and chairs, a brand new laundry closet and the mud room entrance with a 2nd refrigerator. The bright and all new 4th bedroom with windows on two walls is located on the lower level as well.

The yard is level and ideal for outside games. Cornhole, croquet and bocce are available to use. There is also a large Weber grill for your barbeque needs. Steps away is a fabulous new firepit area with six chairs.

We have four kayaks available to use along with paddles and life vests. The private beach has an adjacent boat launch to drop in the kayaks.

The neighborhood is great for walking, jogging and riding bikes as there are a couple of right-of-ways connecting the different neighborhoods along the lakes. The small, private beach is literally six houses away and an extremely short walk. It is peaceful and serene and a tranquil spot to have coffee in the morning and perhaps catch a glimpse of URI's crew teams practicing.

This area of the river is known as Forest Lakes. It has gentle tides that follow the tides of the ocean. People love to crab, fish and swim here where the water is generally much warmer than the ocean. The sunsets over the Narrow River are well-known because they are nothing short of spectacular. Relax and enjoy the beautiful sky with a glass of wine or an after-dinner ice cream treat from Barron's.

The house is ideally located in the northern end of Narragansett. The Newport Bridge is just 9 minutes away, making quick trips to Newport for shopping, restaurants, mansions or the famous Cliff Walk very easy. The gorgeous Narragansett Town Beach and Towers are a short 10 minute drive. Historic and picturesque Wickford Village is also a 10 minute drive. Point Judith/Galilee is approximately a 15 - 20 minute drive.
