Spacious Suite: Minutes to Everything!
- A2Z SoCal Stays - Welcome to our fully renovated SD suite! Private driveway entrance with keypad access. A bright, refreshing two-level flat with all new fixtures, the perfect home base for your SD adventures! Bedroom includes a 55 inch QLED TV with Netflix and a queen memory foam mattress. Brand new in-unit washer-dryer. New wall-mounted minisplit HVAC. Lots of storage space available. Fully-stocked kitchen. Futon folds down for extra sleep space. Driveway and free street parking available.
- A2Z SoCal Stays - Located at the back southwest corner of the home, this private suite is attached but fully separated from the rest of the house. We recently renovated the entire space and everything is brand new, including an in-unit washer-dryer tower and a ductless minisplit (HVAC)! It`s a cozy, bright space that has all the essentials for relaxing on vacation, or providing that focus needed to get ahead on work or internship. This is a perfect spot to call home as you explore all the memorable places that San Diego has to offer - beaches, downtown, shopping, the tech sector, SeaWorld, the San Diego Zoo, and much more!
We now allow one well-behaved Dog for a flat $80 fee per stay! Woof! Please send an inquiry if you are planning to stay with a Cat.
Please note that we rent out the main part of the home (there are no shared spaces or access). Please inquire if you`d like to stay longer than 45 days.
The neighborhood is great, It`s quiet and charming, and close to just about all the best destinations in San Diego! Linda Vista is also home to multiple parks like Tecolote Canyon and some of the cityâs most popular green spaces (Ski Beach Park and Balboa Park). It is nestled beside the USD and is near UCSD. The neighborhood provides easy access to Routes 163, 805, and 5, and is only a few miles north of downtown. You can experience the big city when you want, while keeping a relaxed area to call home.
Guests have sole access to the Spacious Suite (ADU), driveway, and private entrance off the driveway. Guests do not have access and are not permitted in the backyard, main home, or garage.
Having a car is pretty essential. Ride sharing is an option, but can be pricey if a big event is in town. If you do have a vehicle, parking is available for up to two cars in the driveway (reserved for sole use for guests in your space). If an unauthorized car is in the driveway, please let us know and we will address this as soon as possible (communicating with the other guests and/or calling a tow company).

We do not have any child safety features in the home, while children are welcome, please monitor your children at all times
Please do not leave your pets unattended alone at the home. If pets must be left home please make sure they are crated. Please do not leave pet waste on the property and make sure it is promptly cleaned and disposed of. Any damage resulting from an unattended pet or waste left at the property will result in additional fees.
Please note that since we will have guests staying in the main space, we like to have a quick chat to make sure the suite will be a comfortable fit for you. It helps us to learn more about you, and for you to learn more about the suite, which ultimately helps make your stay as comfortable as possible!
Finally, this is just a new version of our previous listing (as required by local regulations), which is why we do not have posted reviews or a rating. You can find dozens of 5-star reviews from past guests in my Airbnb profile! Let us host you next and provide that same 5-star experience!
1. Quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM.
2. The backyard is designated for the main space guests only. This area is off-limits.
3. Please do not leave your pet unattended alone at the home. If your pet must be left home please make sure they are crated.
4. Clean up appliances after spills and/or heavy use (e.g., oven grease).
5. Please limit your laundry usage to a minimum half-load required (to save water and prevent the spin cycle from being off balance).
6. Must be comfortable with living in an attached yet fully separated space from our other main space guests.
7. You have sole usage of the driveway, however please pull your car fully into the driveway closer to your door (to avoid block in trash can removal).
8. Please be considerate of our neighbors and front house guests.
9. While marijuana is legal, we must prohibit use in our home as smoke remediation is extremely expensive and you would be responsible. That goes for regular smoking/vaping as well.
