- HOA Pool - Enjoy a break from the salt and sand for a refreshing dip in the pool. There is no lifeguard at the pool or beach, please supervise children at all times. Swimming is at your own risk from sunrise to sunset. Outside rinse shower.

- Location- Enjoy the beach right behind the building, make a short trip to the CB Boardwalk for amusements and Thursday night fireworks in Summer, enjoy the weekend market at Carolina Beach Lake, or take in the NC Aquarium. Try a day fishing charter or a ferry ride over to Southport for some quaint town shopping, head into downtown Wilmington to the Riverwalk, or consider a tour of Airlie Gardens.

- This is a 3rd floor unit, there are three flights of stairs and NO elevator. The view is worth it.

- Children are most welcome but unit is not 100% baby proof. High chair, portacrib, baby monitor and beach toys are here for you.

- 2 guest parking passes, free onsite parking. Parking is very tight, large vehicles may not fit.

- Pest control treats on the 4th Monday of the month in Feb/April/Jun/Aug/Oct/Dec. Permitting brief access is required by HOA to keep little unwanted guests away.

- Doorbell camera is present at the front door, outside the home. This device is not monitored but records for security. There are no other cameras inside or on decks.

Concierge service for grocery delivery available. Don’t spend the first day in the market! Just place your order online and we will bring it up to the condo, put everything away for when you arrive.

- Check the cancellation policy when you are booking. Refunds issued only according to cancellation policy.

- To ensure that all guests can have a peaceful vacation, we do not permit pets, parties, smoking or any open flames please.
