When you enter the villa you step into a bright and airy residence of roughly 1,100-1,350 sqft, thoughtfully designed with separate areas for living, dining and sleeping. The open living room features comfortable contemporary furnishings, a large flat-screen TV, and sliding glass doors that lead to a private furnished balcony, where you can enjoy warm Gulf breezes and views of the pool, island and/or ocean. The living space flows naturally into a full dining area and gourmet kitchen, giving the villa the feel of a true vacation home. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless-steel appliances, a full refrigerator, oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher and complete cookware and dish ware- perfect for preparing breakfast before heading to the beach or enjoying a relaxed dinner in.
The villa comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests making it ideal for families or couples vacationing together. The Primary Bedroom includes one king bed, the Guest Bedroom having
2 queen beds, plus the Living Room queen sofa bed provides extra sleeping space when needed. Perfect for a relaxing getaway. Guests enjoy two bathrooms, each equipped with a shower and hair dryer for convenience. Stay comfortable year-round with heating and AC, and keep up with your routine in the fitness room.
