Escape to "Pelican Paradise" in the Prominence community, conveniently located between Rosemary Beach and Seaside on 30A. Our home is THE premier location with a private wooded buffer and direct sightline to the 5,000 sqft zero entry, HEATED lagoon style pool~literally steps from our front door!! Enjoy the comfort of home away from home in our 3BR/2.5 bath unit. Free bikes, beach tent/umbrella, chairs, backpack cooler, beach bag, and beach/pool toys. We have thought of all the extras!!
This two-story townhome is perfect for families looking to be in the heart of 30A, located in the town of Prominence. Close walking distance to the Big Chill, which includes shopping, restaurants and endless activities for families. Minutes from popular hot spots such as Seaside, Watercolor, Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach.
The comfortable living room offers coastal furnishings overlooking an outdoor patio with views of the community pool. This area boasts a 75 inch 4K smart television with sound bar.
The kitchen offers gas stove top cooking and stainless steel upper end appliances. There is a dining table seating 6, and 4 additional bar stools at the island for ample seating.
Conveniently located on the first floor is a powder room and laundry room. "Pelican Paradise" is dressed in wood-grain tile floors throughout the first level, granite counter-tops, and wood flooring on the stairs.
The second floor holds all three bedrooms. Bedroom #1 is the master suite featuring a king-size bed and private bathroom with double vanity and walk in shower. Bedroom #2 features a queen-size bed and is adjacent to Bedroom #3 sharing a bathroom featuring a shower/tub combo directly across the hallway. Bedroom #3 features full-over-full bunk bed and twin-over-twin bunk bed.
All bedrooms have smart televisions so you can continue to enjoy your favorite apps. There is also high-speed internet, WIFI throughout the home.
Patio with seating for 8. Includes 2 tables for dining al fresco and enjoying the evening .
Also included are 4 adult bikes, 2 youth bikes, 1 kid bike, and 2 child scooters. Additionally, there is all you could possibly need for the pool and beach. Beach chairs, umbrella, a tent, coolers, dive sticks, and beach toys are all found in the garage for you to use during your stay. You can also find outdoor games, to include a custom corn hole set.
These are just a few of the features that will make you want to vacation at "Pelican Paradise" year after year.
**Pelican Paradise is under new ownership and just recently put back on the rental market after several upgrades. At this time, not all pictures include the updates that have been made.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home, 2 car garage, golf cart (with signed golf cart agreement and valid driver's license), and community amenities consisting of:
* Pool 1 (located on Southside of Prominence)
* Pool 2--(located steps from our front door on the Northside, zero entry (heated March 1-April 30, October 1- November 30, and December 21-31st)
* The Big Chill located at town center, directly across the highway and walking distance from our home
* Access to miles of hiking and biking trails
* Public beach access minutes away

REMINDERS:
* Only park on the driveway of the unit/property you are renting. Street parking is not permitted
* No animals permitted, to avoid damage and severe allergy issues. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
* Additional guests that are not included on the original reservation are prohibited unless approved by the owner at least one week prior to arrival. The maximum occupancy for Pelican Paradise is strictly limited to 9, including infants and children.
* No parties are allowed at Pelican Paradise.
RENTAL NOTES: The main renter MUST be at least 25 years of age and be actively staying at the house with their party for the entire stay, and must be willing to provide the host with a copy of their valid driver's license, and an up to date auto insurance card. An email address will also be required for the additional legal rental agreement, and liability waivers. Additional drivers to the LSV will be allowed, but will also follow the same guidelines as above, including the required document. There are absolutely no exceptions, and drivers must be at least 25 years of age.
NOTE: A maximum of 6 people can be on the LSV at any given time. Children 4 and under must ride in their car seat while on the LSV. They cannot be held in a lab or squeezed between people--this is a FL State Law. Children ages 5-18 must use the seat belts provided on the LSV--this is also FL State Law.
