When submitting your reservation request please make sure to monitor your VRBO account for the Hosts response. Hosts are very responsive. Non-responses from guests can result in a cancellation of the booking request. Restful Dwelling DOES NOT accept 3rd party booking/reservations.

RENTAL NOTES:

* The Main renter MUST be at least 25, staying at the house for the entire stay.

* Must provide copy of their valid DL, auto insurance card & email address

* Must sign the Legal Rental Agreement that Hosts will email to them.

* Additional guests in party wanting to drive the LSV MUST provide these
documents and sign liability waivers & MUST be at least 25 years of age.

* Due to insurance and liability requirements, NO teenage drivers of the LSV.

The BRAND NEW underground crosswalk over to The Donut Hole and Avenue 30A restaurants and shoppes IS NOW OPEN. Accessible by foot or bicycle from the bike trail. Check it out. Take the bicycles down to Rosemary Beach and follow the bike trail to the new tunnel.
