🏡 Affordable Comfort in Bremen, GA

Welcome to your small-but-mighty Bremen apartment — proof that good things really do come in small packages. This freshly renovated 2-bedroom, 1-bath space may not win any awards for square footage, but it scores high in comfort, convenience, and common sense.

If you’re tired of hotel lobbies, mystery smells, or hearing strangers arguing through paper-thin walls — you’ll love it here. No lobby lines, no housekeeping knocking at 9AM, no “continental breakfast” that’s just a muffin and regret. Just a clean, private apartment that’s all yours.

✨ Inside the Apartment

You’ll have two cozy bedrooms, each with a full-size bed and its own TV (so no fighting over the remote). The living area is simple, comfortable, and perfect for kicking back after work or streaming your favorite shows on the high-speed Wi-Fi.

🍳 Kitchen

The kitchen is newly updated — compact, but efficient. You’ve got everything you need to make a real meal instead of surviving on takeout and gas station snacks.

🚿 Bathroom

Small, spotless, and all new. You won’t need a map to find the light switch.

🧺 Laundry

There’s a shared washer and dryer on-site, because life happens and sometimes so do coffee spills.

🎾 Neighborhood Perks

Right across the street, you’ve got tennis and pickleball courts — great for getting in a little exercise or pretending you’re athletic while holding a smoothie. Bremen’s small-town charm is just a few minutes away with local shops, restaurants, and grocery stores nearby.

💡 Why Guests Love It

Brand-new everything — clean, modern, and simple

Affordable comfort without hotel nonsense

High-speed Wi-Fi + TVs in every room

Walkable, peaceful neighborhood

Perfect for longer stays and work trips

🛏️ Perfect For

Ideal for travel nurses, contract workers, or anyone who appreciates a private, well-maintained space that won’t drain your wallet or patience.

It’s not a mansion — it’s better than that. It’s yours (and no one’s walking in to clean your towels while you’re still in them).

We believe in the “easy button” approach — we leave you alone to enjoy your stay. If you hear from us, it probably means something went off-script or one of our super simple house rules needs a little reminder. Otherwise, relax — no surprise visits, no hovering, no drama.

📝 Other Details to Note

This is a small apartment — charming, efficient, and perfect if you like everything within a few steps. If you’re expecting a ballroom or space to host a family reunion… this isn’t it. But if you want clean, comfortable, and newly renovated, you’re in the right place.

Parking is simple. Getting in is simple. Staying here is simple — because we love the easy-button lifestyle.

Noise level: This is a respectable, quiet neighborhood. If you’re planning a rave, a drum circle, or bringing a full DJ setup… please don’t. But if you just want a peaceful place to work, sleep, and microwave leftovers, you’ll be very happy.

Laundry is shared with a few neighbors. They’re adults too (we hope), so please don’t take someone else’s clothes out mid-cycle unless you want to test your negotiation skills.

The apartment is fully stocked with the basics, but if you need something oddly specific — like a cast-iron pan shaped like Georgia or a blender that also does your taxes — you may want to bring it.

The cleaning fee is for actual cleaning — not crime scene recovery. We handle laundry, vacuuming, and sanitizing… you handle not living like a feral raccoon.
If you leave the kitchen looking like a buffet exploded, that’s not “vacation mode” — that’s just not very adult-like. Let’s keep it easy for everyone: tidy up a bit before you go, and we’ll take care of the rest.

In short:
We keep things clean, simple, and easy. Treat the place like the adult you are, and you’ll have a smooth and comfortable stay.

If you need to reach us by our cell, we encourage you to TEXT us first since we stay very active on our phones with our property management company. Please GROUP text when sending a message

Smart Lock Battery Replacement
Guest agrees that in the event that a battery in the lock has to be replaced on the front door smart lock, the guest will replace the 4 AA batteries in the lock. The host will reimburse for the cost of the batteries plus $5

Fireplaces
Safety reason the fireplaces are not to be used for burning. Unfornatutely, we can not allow fireplaces to be used since wood can stay hot for several days. The cleaning crews would not be able to clean the home if not know when the last fire was used. This prevent cleaning and more importantly, the cleaning crews have no way of disposing of the embers in a safe way.

GARAGES
Many of our houses come with enclosed garages. We do not guarantee the use of the garages but they are allowed to be used if they are available. We may use the garage for storage that occupies a portion or all of the garage. If the garage is unavailable use, we can not move items unless agreed to prior to the move in.
If the garage has an overhead garage opener, you may program the opener to your car. We do Not support installing or provide tech support for garage openers. We may also have installed MyQ as a way to provide wireless opener connectivity but once again, we do not provide support on how to install on your phone.
