Kozy Acorn Kabin - Lake View with Boat Slip

This beautifully 2026 remodeled 2-bedroom, 2 bath lakeview cabin is conveniently located about a block from its boat slip om Mallard dock. Inside is new and fresh. Each bedroom has a queen bed and in the living room there is a Murphy Bed and a sleeper sofa. Big deck with BBQ. There is an EV charger and parking for 4 cars. Kozy Kabin is a short walk to the Pines and about 30 min. drive to Yosemite. No Pets

With most of our properties, you will come to our office and meet with our office staff to receive your keys and/or code to access the property you are renting. Select homes we can set up no contact check in, where you will receive a code and the property address to check in.
After hours check in will be self-check in that we will set up upon request.

All of our homes are around Bass Lake, most within walking distance of lake access or a short drive to the nearest access point.

You will receive access to the home on the first day of your reservation. Check in will be set up with office staff.

The Bass Lake area does not have public transit.

Guests must be 25 or older to rent any of our properties. ID will be required upon reservation confirmation. The guest that makes the reservation must be the one who checks in and must remain on the property with the other guests.

This is NOT a pet friendly cabin. No pets allowed in this cabin and we are subject to void your contract and have you leave the premises if caught with a pet at the home or subject to a ban from future rentals.
