Welcome to Lolli-Pop Inn (Unit 212), your cozy coastal escape at the edge of West PCB near 30A! This bright and welcoming studio is located on the second floor of Carillon Beach Inn and features relaxing lake views and easy access to community amenities. Inside, you’ll find a comfortable living area with sleeping space for up to 4 guests (king bed + sleeper sofa). Two beach chairs and umbrella are included for each reservation. Enjoy everything Carillon Beach Resort has to offer!

Guests will have full access to the unit and shared amenities. You’ll receive check-in instructions prior to arrival, and your hosts are available for any questions during your stay. Enjoy pools, hot tubs, sport courts, and picturesque paths throughout the property all designed for relaxation and fun.

Carillon Beach Resort, is a coastal community in ideal proximity to Rosemary Beach and Pier Park! Enjoy the luxurious amenities of the resort, including 7 private beach accesses, 4 pools, 2 hot tubs, tennis & basketball courts, and dining & shopping options in Downtown Carillon. The resort encompasses 104 acres of exquisite landscape and 3,900 linear feet of sugar-white beachfront, offering a peaceful, upscale beach experience just minutes from Panama City Beach and 30A attractions.

Guests will receive detailed check-in instructions 24 hours prior to arrival, including entry codes and parking information. The unit is located on the 2nd floor of Carillon Beach Inn with elevator access available.

Guests have full access to the unit and all of the Carillon Beach Resort amenities during their stay. Beach access is a short walk from the building.

Guests are required to complete the Amenity Fee registration, a link will be sent after booking as an invitation to join the community portal. The Amenity Fee is $35 + tax. Once the registration form is completed, the fee is paid, and the short video is viewed, a QR code will be issued. This QR code will provide access to the neighborhood amenities throughout your stay.

Carillon Beach Inn is located on the South Side of Highway 98, and the resort is pedestrian and bike friendly, making it easy to explore the community without a car. Golf cart rentals and bike rentals are available onsite. Pier Park is approximately 10 minutes by car, and Rosemary Beach is about 5 minutes away. Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) is roughly 25 minutes away.
