Note: The community pool is managed by the building and access may occasionally be restricted.

strictly no pets allowed. I’m highly responsive and available to answer questions or help out daily between 9 AM and 2 AM EST.

House Rules

Quiet Hours (9 PM – 8 AM): Please respect our neighbors. Guests must agree not to disturb surrounding units at any time during their stay.

Strictly No Pets: We love animals, but pets are strictly prohibited by the apartment complex rules.

No Mail Delivery: Guests do not have access to mailboxes or package delivery services at this building.



Good to Know

Starter Supplies Provided: We provide a starter kit of basic amenities (hand soap, toilet paper, etc.) for your arrival. Guests booking longer stays will need to purchase their own refills once these run out.

Shared Amenities Maintenance: The apartment complex management oversees the pool, gym, and grilling areas. They may occasionally restrict access for routine cleaning or maintenance at their discretion.

The Texas Climate: As is common in Texas, seasonal weather changes can occasionally bring local pests (such as ants or roaches) indoors. We utilize regular, professional pest control to prevent this. Should you see anything during your stay, please let us know and we will gladly send a technician out!



Guest Access:

You have access to your own stylish apartment. In addition, you can lounge by the resort-style pool, grill up some dinner at the BBQ courtyard, relax in the zen garden, work out in the fitness center, or enjoy one of the other fantastic, on-site amenities.



COVID-19 amenities update: The building amenities are currently open. We always comply with local health and safety measures, which continue to evolve, so we recommend contacting us before your stay to check the latest status.



The Neighborhood:

This is a new property in a new neighborhood. There are a number of grocery stores, restaurants and attractions nearby.



Conveniently located with easy access to US-75



Getting Around:

We recommend driving near and in Dallas proper, and there are rideshares for those who would prefer not to bring or rent a car. No matter what you want to do, it's easy to get around in this area.



Other Things to Note:

Guest Verification & Booking Requirements

To comply with legal and HOA regulations, the primary person booking must be at least 22 years old for non-locals and 25 years old for locals. By completing this reservation, you agree to our rental terms and commit to signing a rental usage agreement.



Prior to check-in, you must successfully pass through our secure verification portal. This requires:



A copy of a valid government-issued photo ID.



A matching credit card.



Confirmation of your contact information.



A criminal background check (only if mandated by the building or property management).
