This Gulf front, corner condo is set right in the heart of Orange Beach. This rental boasts a spacious dining area, comfortable living area, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a furnished, private balcony. Head down to take advantage of the many on-site, deluxe amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, shared grilling area, fitness room, and a dry sauna.



What's nearby:

With several great restaurants nearby including the Gulf, the Flora-Bama Yacht Club, and Cactus Cantina, you should have no trouble finding fantastic eats whenever you're hungry. Indulge in a little retail therapy at SanRoc Cay Marina, only two miles away, and the Wharf, less than five miles from your rental. Lastly, the Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge and Alabama Gulf State Park both offer great outdoor adventures for all ages.

First Time to Orange Beach, AL

This is our first trip to Orange Beach and it didn't disappoint. Weather was OK, very windy. Our condo had a porch to avoid wind-Amazing!The beach is walking distance, the pool, sauna and hot tub were great when weather didn't cooperateHighly recommend this condo!

Except for all the renovation, it was awesome!

Great property in an ideal location. They claim to have an indoor pool, but do not. However, the price and location made up for it!

Girls get away!

Older property but a great place to stay! We enjoyed the view from the balcony, walks on the beach (which was no problem to access) , pool areas were good. Condo had everything we needed and beds pleased all of us for comfy.

Great Stay!

We loved staying in this condo. It was adorable and very clean. The photos perfectly portray the unit. It was easy to access and we had no issues where we needed to reach out to the property manager. The facility itself was in a perfect location and the building amenities were great!

Post Christmas Break!

Christmas is huge for our family of 20! So we sneak off to the beach every year the day after Christmas to relax! The place was perfect! Plenty of room and the layout is genius (no wasted space). We left the balcony doors open every night just to let the sounds of the waves put us to sleep!

Great view and easy beach access

Lovely view but balcony has some repairs needed. Interior is a bit dated and the building is in need of updates (repairs ongoing). But, the location is fantastic, beach chair rental is easy and we had a great weekend experience. Thank you!

Great condo with a perfect view!!

It was a great space, very clean. The only reason we didn't give it 5 stars is because some things were broken like the sliding glass door handle and the door for the laundry room. But it was a fantastic view with a nice big balcony. And had everything we needed!

The building exterior needs some work. The stairs are pretty dirty and the outside pools needs to be cleaned frequently. Our condo was huge and we did not have problems with the interior of our condo.

Nice Condo

Great condo with wrap around porch! Owners take very good care of this condo. Plenty of seating and clean! Beach was not to crowded for the size of the complex. There are nice chairs and umbrellas for rent. Only negatives are the cleanliness of the elevators, complex is a little dated. You have to walk out of the front to the building and around corner to get to the beach. There is construction going up next to this condo. They did keep the noise to waking hours so it was ok.

Very nice property. Location was very close to nice restaurants.

I visited this unit in September with 4 other ladies and the unit was very nice. Kitchen well stocked and a very clean unit. The only complaint all five ladies agreed on was that the mattresses in all three bedrooms need replacing. The master bedroom mattress was very soft and we rolled to the middle! That was our only complaint. I would recommend this unit if mattresses are replaced. We also had a drain in the tub and sink that would not drain, but we called Kaiser and it was repaired immediately.

Mold on two air vents, and was promptly cleaned by you. Shower in master bedroom had mold which we cleaned. Coffee table had grounded in dirt which we cleaned. Ceiling fan in north bedroom had visible dirt and dust, which we left for you. We needed to clean and lubricate Sliding door to make it easier to open. Other items were good.

Needs a major renovation

Room was very outdated especially for the money we paid. In one bedroom only one of the outlets worked, and it had an extension cord that we had to plug phones etc into.. had no lights in that room except for a small lamp. The 2nd bedroom 2 of the outlets didn’t work. It was very warm and muggy in the room when we arrived. 3rd bedroom had only blinds that fell when we tried to close them. The 2nd bathroom had a nasty smell the entire time. The chair in the living room was broke. Neither of the bedrooms had curtains,only blinds. Lights were horrible in the entire condo. Will not be staying at this place again! Not enough parking and what there is, is super tight spots. Horrible horrible horrible

Great location and view but condo needs help

Location, views and property was great. The condo was not cleaned well. Sand on floor and in 3 out of 4 bedrooms. Several lightbulbs or fixtures not working. The balcony door needs serious repair/replacement. It’s very difficult to open and close. If on the balcony even harder. Mold or mildew on bathroom ceiling and AC vent in bedroom. A child’s underwear near washer/dryer. I would possibly stay at different room at same resort but not in that room.

Dated

The condo was not as clean as it should have been. I don't think the front bathroom had been cleaned. There was a used bar of soap in the shower and dirty towels in the linen hamper. The front bedroom window was open when we got there. There were dirty utensils, pans and silver wear put up in the kitchen. I was not given a sponge or scrubber to clean dishes with until the 2nd or 3rd day. The balcony door handle was broken on the outside and the door didn't work right, but that was taken care of immediately Monday morning. The condo is old and it shows. It needs work. There was a lot of moisture in the front/master bathroom. Smoke from the surrounding balconies comes right into that bedroom. The bed in the back bedroom was like a bowl. There were other issues, but those were the main ones, and aside from the constant smell of cigarette smoke, it was doable for a week. I will say that they were generous with trash bags and other supplies. They also require very little of you upon checking out. I also love the fact that there is a church nearby that will take groceries so you don't have to throw them away. I have to add that all my issues were addressed quite quickly.
