Welcome to paradise! This premier beachfront condo comes ready for laid-back Gulf Shores living with features including an oversized corner balcony boasting panoramic Gulf views. Plus, guests will enjoy access to incredible on-site amenities, including multiple pools and hot tubs.



Unbeatable balcony views to the east and south allow you to experience unforgettable sunrises while watching the dolphins play below. In the evenings, relax while enjoying the sounds of the waves over alfresco meals. The full kitchen is well-equipped for easy home cooking, and there's plenty of seating between the breakfast bar and dining table. After the day's adventures, unwind with shows and movies on the living area TV. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.



In addition to all the wonderful in-home and on-site features, the condo's location in the heart of Gulf Shores is simply unbeatable. The location was great and the views spectacular. The condo could do with a few more extras though - 6 towels for a family of 5 seemed very sparse for 5 nights. Beach towels would be a nice touch too. All in all we enjoyed our stay!

The views and amenities!!!

Island Royale #401 was perfect for our family of five! Checkin was easy, access code and go! Checkout even easier, one click online! Condo has inviting costal decor, bathroom and TV in each bedroom, and full kitchen. The beach view is perfect, easy access, and pool/whirlpool access was great after hot day at the beach! We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thanks Gulf Shores!

Great location

Condo was in great location. Kitchen had everything you need including kpod coffee pot as well as regular. Bathrooms are in need of serious updating. I would recommend bringing your own bath towels. Condo could also use a good deep cleaning. We enjoyed our stay and are thankful for the use of this condo.

Don’t Want To Leave

Location and amenities were great. A few beach chairs would have been awesome since other places provided them and the cost to rent or buy them was expensive. The only two negatives were that the master bedroom sheets barely fit the bed with the additional padding on the mattress which kept coming off and the bottom shelf in the refrigerator was slightly tilted down letting some items roll out.

Not enough beds

When we booked the listing, it said it slept 8 people, including a pull out sofa. When we arrived, we discovered the sofa was not a pull out. Two people did not have beds the first night. We contacted the property management team and they brought air mattresses for the next night and gave us $100 refund. While I appreciate the compensation, an prompt response the next morning, it was highly inconvenient to not have beds for two people the first night, and air mattresses for the rest of the stay. They have since changed the listed to communicate that it only sleeps 6 people. Otherwise, the condo was nice.
