Tampering with smoke detectors or evidence of smoking will result in immediate eviction without refund and a minimum fine of $250 or the maximum fine allowed by Airbnb. *Use of the provided linens to remove makeup will result in the loss of deposit. *Missing items will be billed at two times the replacement cost. *Quiet hours between 10pm and 9am.
