While we do provide only a starter set of essentials such as toilet paper and paper products, you should never have arrived to find none available, and we regret the inconvenience and frustration this caused. The home has received a complete deep cleaning, and housekeeping procedures have been reinforced to ensure this does not happen again. Additionally, a partial cleaning fee reimbursement has been submitted on your behalf.
