The Space:

You won't find better beach vistas than those off your private, furnished balcony. This beachside condo features a host of desirable amenities both inside and out including a full kitchen, a spacious floor plan, and comfortable living spaces, as well as access to a heated, bi-level swimming pool, fitness center, and an activity room.



Walk out to miles of white, sandy beaches where you can work on your tan, play in the water, or just spend your days shelling. Dine at a number of local restaurants. And for all-ages fun, Shipwreck Island Waterpark can be found right across the street from this rental, while additional attractions, like the Panama Dunes Adventure Park, The Original Goofy Golf, and Ripley's Believe It or Not!, are just two miles east.



THINGS TO KNOW

After making your reservation, you will receive an email a few days before your arrival date from GuestSVCS to register your vehicle. There is a maximum limit of two vehicles per reservation and the charge is $50.00 per vehicle registration.

While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first day, we do not replenish them. Please make sure to bring these additional items to get you through your vacation.

No smoking or vaping is permitted at the property (including on porches, decks, or other outdoor areas) at any time. Fines of $250.00 will be issued if this rule is not respected.

No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.

This rental is located on floor 6 above the parking garage.

The pool is heated from December 1 until March 1
