Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us, Jenifer. We’re so glad to hear you enjoyed the condo overall, but we truly regret that the master bed didn’t meet your expectations. Comfort is a top priority for us, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We’re also sorry to hear about the issues with the splash pad and hot tub. That’s not the experience we aim to provide, and we’re actively working to address these concerns. Your feedback helps us improve, and we’re committed to ensuring our homes are in the best shape for our guests. We hope you’ll consider staying with us again in the future. We’d love the chance to provide you with a more seamless experience.

Thank you, Sara, for sharing your experience with us. We’re glad to hear that you found the home clean and enjoyed its proximity to the beach. However, we truly regret that the issues with the laundry room light, the fan in the second bedroom, and the toilet lid were not resolved during your stay. That shouldn’t have happened, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We understand how important a peaceful environment is, especially for little ones trying to sleep. We’re sorry that the noise from the pool area and the lack of blackout curtains affected your comfort. Your feedback is invaluable, and we’ll be sure to address these concerns with our team to enhance the experience for future guests. Regarding the parking fee, we strive to provide clear information, and we apologize if that detail was overlooked. We appreciate your understanding and hope that despite these challenges, you were able to enjoy your time in Panama City Beach. We would love the opportunity to host you again and provide a more seamless experience.

Jason, we are so happy to hear you enjoyed your stay. Please know we have passed your comments regarding the door frame and lock onto our local manager for review, and we appreciate this feedback as an area to improve upon for our future guests. Thank you for staying with us, and we hope to see you again.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us, Cathy. We genuinely appreciate your feedback and are truly sorry to hear about the issues you faced during your stay. We strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable environment for all our guests, and it’s disappointing to know we fell short in this instance. We take your concerns seriously, and we are actively working to improve our communication and responsiveness. It’s important to us that our guests feel heard and supported, and we regret that we didn’t meet that expectation for you. We’re glad to hear you were able to enjoy some time at the beach, but we wish your overall experience had been more positive. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to enhance our services. We hope you might consider giving us another chance in the future, as we would love the opportunity to provide you with the seamless stay you deserve.
