The condo's spacious floor plan offers plenty of space to relax after a day at the beach. Things to Know

Guests must be 25 years or older. Those who are not must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.

Parking passes and wristbands must be purchased at the HOA office on-site. Parking passes are $30 per pass (one max) and amenity wristbands are $6 per band (four max). Wristbands must be worn by everyone over the age of 12.
