Clear all plans for a day, as you will definitely want to spend your time on the sand during this trip. Bring a beach towel and a picnic to post up next to crystal clear waters, or simply grab a lounge chair and soak up the sun by the pool. There is a fitness facility on-site and a basketball court available to work up a sweat. Plus, the views of the sunset can't get much better than the ones here in Panama City!



Though it will be hard to leave the serenity of the sand, venture out and explore the beautiful surroundings. St. Andrews State Park is within walking distance of the complex, so take a stroll through the nature reserve and make your way to the scenic jetty or Sandy Point. For a day in the middle of all the action, take a quick drive to Pier Park and update your wardrobe at the many shops or catch a show at the amphitheater nearby. Gulf World Marine Park, Ripleyā€™s Believe it or Not!, Shipwreck Island Waterpark and Lagoon Pontoons are also nearby for fun for the whole family.
