Treat yourself to a dreamy getaway at this beachfront condo overlooking the waters of the Gulf of Mexico! With accommodations for up to six guests and a plethora of shared resort amenities, you will have no problem spreading out and enjoying your vacation in style. When the sun heats up the sand, slip on your favorite swimsuit and head out to the beach to work on your tan or make your way to the shared pool to cool off (and enjoy a snack at the seasonal snack shack). The fully equipped kitchen offers everything guests will need to prepare meals and keep drinks cold while on vacation. The private balcony is the perfect place to sip a morning cup of coffee or enjoy an evening cocktail.



What’s nearby:

Sterling Shores is located just off Highway 98 and is just a short walk to many beach dining experiences such as The Pancakery and The Back Porch. Escape Zone 60 is what you need if you're looking for some thrilling entertainment! Or if you're in need of some peace and quiet, Henderson Beach State Park is nearby and there you can hike and explore and be surrounded by nature. If you are itching to play a round of 18, check out the fabulous Indian Bayou Golf & Country Club also nearby!

We absolutely adored this condo! Everything inside was beautiful and just as pictured. The girls were jealous of my bedroom view! Everything worked. Switches were labeled. The outside patio area is perfection! Also love being so close to Back Porch. We will be back 100%

The property is fantastic! The location has beautiful beaches, pools, restaurant across street. It was too hot in July and too crowded....neither which is anyone’s fault. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for Destin rental.

Home away from home!

This is our 3rd year in a row staying at Sterling shores! It is so nice and perfect for our family! The layout is great, we love the simple and light decor, we feel right at home here. We have no complaint except that now since our kids are getting bigger, we will probably have to choose a 3 bedroom condo for next year, which makes me so sad!! Thanks for everything!

The best condo we have ever rented!

This is our 2nd time at sterling shores. The location is so perfect! We loved EVERYTHING about this condo!! We felt right at home!! It was so clean, immaculate really! The furniture was so comfortable! We have a 3 and 5 year old that shared the 2nd bedroom and they slept like rocks every night! Our 7 month slept great in the room with us! We will DEFINITELY be renting this same condo again soon!!!!

Wonderful Condo

First thing you will see upon coming in is the location is great. Extremely convenient to stores/restaurants. Next thing you will notice is how fresh and clean the condo is upon arrival. And not to mention the blue water you will see as you walk through. Overall, a great property with all the amenities needed to have a great trip. If you are here for a long stay it might make sense to buy beach chairs from Walmart. Rental on beach is expensive per day.

Great getaway

My family enjoyed everything about our stay except when the elevators went out. The entire facility was forced to share one. Aside from the waiting to catch an elevator ride, everything was great. I cooked a few meals there and had all I needed. Not once did we have to contact management - from check in to checkout - the process was smooth. We would definitely book here again.

Wonderful Stay At Beautiful Sterling Shores

The condo location and amenities are excellent. Located a quick walk to the beach. The co do itself was beautiful and plenty of room for the 3 adults and 1 infant with us. The view from the balcony was beautiful and lovely to sit outside. I did wish the vacuum in the unit was better so I could more easily keep up with staying tidy with all the sand brought in. It’s hard to not bring it in with you! There was some potential mold on the master bath ceiling that needs fixing and more linens need to be provided. But overall my family and I will be staying again in the future!

Very disappointing

They had one elevator that worked. The second night me and my husband (72 and75) years old had to walk up 9 flights of stairs! Also the rest of the time you had to wait on a long lone for a elevator. Also the furniture was very dated and uncomfortable. They also need new bed sheets.

The condo was nice and the amenities in the kitchen were helpful when preparing meals in. A few things that could have been better:1. We kept tripping on the rug in the living room because the edges curled up.2. We had trouble with the cable/streaming services. The connection was spotty.3. The knives in the kitchen were very dull.4. Outlets to charge phones were not close to couch.5. Some dishes and silverware were not clean/had dried food on them.6. We were awakened at 7AM by noise/clanging of metal and leaf blowers outside at 8AM.

Great property with amazing views

Absolutely beautiful property with a picture perfiect view of the gulf. We thoroughly enjoyed the balcony and the views. Unfortunately I chose this property because of the amazing pool and we weren't able to utilize it because it was so cold. The smaller beach pool was warmer but as the large pool was too cold for swimming the smaller pool was very crowded. We would absolutely recommend this property but not during this time of year. We typically head further south for spring break but chose Destin because it was a shorter drive for us. The weather wasn't ideal and we knew it would be a gamble. Unfortunately we came out on the wrong end and only ended up having 3 nice days and with a cold pool were limited in our enjoyment of the beach and the pool. Obviously this wasn't within the property's control but definitely something we'll consider when choosing our next spring break destination. Would absolutely recommend this property and specifically this condo if coming to this area in the summer when the temps are warmer and the weather is more predictable.
