Showcasing bright, beachy decor, the sunny interior comes well-appointed with all the contemporary home essentials, including a full kitchen and central air-conditioning. A comfortable new living room sectional and smart TV welcome casual indoor downtime, while a fireplace and bar hutch set the scene for happy hour hosting. The spacious deck includes both open and covered areas for sun-soaked lounging or shady afternoon relief. A convenient outdoor shower provides a place to rinse off after trips to the beach.



Guests will enjoy private en suite access to a full bathroom complete with an enclosed shower and a deep soaking tub. A beautiful electric piano in the guest room awaits any musicians in the group.

Nice quiet area. Not to far from Port St. Joe with several shops and restaurants. If you are looking for some quiet down time, this is your place.

Perfect stay at Pelican Point

This beach house is in a perfect spot! The view is beautiful and unobstructed. The home is outfitted with everything you may need in the kitchen, the couch and living area are super comfy as are the beds. It’s updated and also has lots of outside covered space. I would highly recommend!

Wonderful area, very close to the beach and Port St Joe town also close with wonderful restaurants and shops, the people we met were very friendly and helpful!!! Vacasa was also very nice and willing and able to address any concerns you may have. The house itself was very nice, decorated lovely beach theme, just like the pictures show, very comfortable and well stocked!

Wonderful home and location

Great location! Enjoyed sitting on the balcony with coffee in the morning watching the waves. Access to the beautiful white sand beach is directly across the street from the house. Beach chairs would have been nice but were not provided. Home is as described - lots of windows, comfortable seating and beds, and clean bathrooms. Away from some of the busyness but close enough to restaurants and shops in Port St. Joe.. Easy drive to St. Joseph Peninsula State Park and Appilachicola.

Adorable bungalow

We enjoyed you're adorable bungalow and wanted you to know what a great time we had. The decore was fun and the view was great. It is very comfortable and well appointed for four guests. We had everything we needed and the location was fantastic. We would love to book this every year if we could. Thank you so much for sharing your amazing home with us. We hope we get a chance to visit again. A suggested addition would be to add a washer, dryer, and a grill. Happy New Year!!!!

Weekend getaway

Was looking to get away from everything and just relax with my wife and get her some vitamin sea time. From the moment we opened the door, no, pulled in the drive, that is what we got. The place was immaculate and well described and stocked. Bath time for the wife was special with the awesome deep tub. And the quick trip across the road to the beach was perfect. The only complaint we had was the weather not cooperating with us, but the place was so nice and comfy that it didnt even matter. Look forward to returning to this one soon.

Cute place -Gorgeous beach

Beautiful property with beach right across the highway. During our stay, the highway was quite busy making enjoying the deck area not so pleasant for all the traffic noise. If you decide to book this place, be aware that the owner does not provide access to the garage, does not provide access to a washer or dryer nor does this owner provide beach accessories as so many of the other rentals on VRBO do. There is a Dollar General right down the street that you can purchase chairs, umbrellas and toys if you don't bring your own. All that being said, the house itself was clean, comfortable and cool! That was a welcome relief from the heat! Very tastefully decorated. Did notice that the couch pillows are in need of a cleaning. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great Place!

We had an amazing stay at Pelican Point! The views from the porch were beautiful and the short walk to the beach was ideal for my 3 and 6 year old. The beds were comfy and the house was well decorated and stocked with all of the things needed to cook during our stay. Upon arrival, there was a moldy odor coming from the fridge. It appeared spotless, but an odor was lingering. After cleaning it myself, the smell remained. We bought several air fresheners to hide the smell as much as possible. Another downfall was not having access to the garage area. It would have been nice to have somewhere to store all of our beach items (chairs, tents, toys, etc.) to keep them out of the weather and/or from being stolen. We were only given 4 towels for a 5 night stay with 4 people showering. Because there was no washer and dryer on the property, we were having to reuse wet towels and use beach towels that we brought from home. We felt that we either needed to be given more towels to being with, or a washer and dryer needed to be available. Overall, none of the issues were enough to ruin our stay or not want to return to Pelican Point. It will just help us be more prepared for our next vacation.
