Beautiful, well appointed townhome with resort style pool is conveniently located to all Pensacola has to offer. Minutes from The Blue Wahoo's Baseball Stadium, Downtown restaurants and bars, The Saenger Theatre, Supposey, Emerald Coast Brewing and so much more.
Nearby dining includes Lost Pizza Co., upscale Pearl and Horn, Nick’s Boathouse, Captain Joey Patti’s Restaurant, Emerald Coast Brewing Pizza Truck... Want to eat in? Pick up fresh-off the boat seafood from world famous Joe Patti’s Seafood and prepare it yourself in the fully stocked kitchen or on the gas grill.
Beach chairs, umbrella, and sand toys are available for enjoying the stunning Pensacola Beach and pool noodles for the pool are in the primary bedroom closet. (Beach Towels not included).
