The open-plan living area is the heart of the home, featuring a comfortable sleeper sofa and a 65" smart TV for your entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary creations, with a coffee maker offering both drip and K-cup options, cookware, and utensils. The master bedroom is a private sanctuary, featuring a queen bed, a smart TV, and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and bench. The guest bedroom provides another queen bed and a smart TV, with easy access to the second bathroom, which features a shower/tub combo and is also accessible from the living area. Outside, the fully fenced backyard provides a private oasis with a BBQ grill and comfortable outdoor seating, perfect for enjoying the Florida sunshine. • Guests must be 21 years of age and older to book this property.

• Please observe silence. Noise restriction between 11 PM - 7 AM.

• Only park in the designated areas.

• Avoid flushing any items in the sink and toilets to avoid clogs.

• Pets are not allowed inside the premises.

• NO SMOKING allowed in the home. A $250 fine will be imposed for smoking in the home.

• To minimize odors all trash must be in trash bags and removed from the house and put in the garbage can.

• No extra guests are allowed unless permitted by the owner.

• No parties, events, and smoking allowed.

• The guest must comply with the rules under the guest rental agreement.



***If your stay is more than 28 days, you are suject to additional fees for mid-stay cleans throughout your stay. We like to change out linens every 3-4 weeks to keep the property in good condition.

*Booking price includes nonrefundable property damage protection fee to cover up to $3,000.00 in damages done to the property

*Property damage protection is included for any damages, subject to exclusions and limitations that occur to the premises during your rental period. Any damage or accident that is not covered under the policy will be the responsibility of the guest. Damage amounts in excess of damage insurance will be charged to the guest.
