Hi Stephanie, thank you for visiting. We are glad that you were able to quickly reach the beach. We have recently renovated and there is no odor. We've also replaced the sofa. We have extra sheets and blankets in the closet for the sofa. The HOA controls pool access for guests, the pool advertised in the listing is the available pool. We do wish that you'd reached out about the towels and floor towels. Our front desk is available to assist. We hope to host you again soon.
