Located in the casually elegant Seacrest community, this three-level home is perfect for your next family or group getaway to the Panhandle. Sugar-sand beaches are just a few minutes' walk away, and the crosswalk at the front of the neighborhood makes getting there even easier. With Hwy. 30A just outside your door as well, you’ll be spoiled for choice when it comes to activities. Rent some bikes and explore 30A’s boutiques, restaurants, and bars via the Timpoochee Trail, or spend the afternoon at the shared community hot tub and pool, working on your tan.
But first, coffee. Brew a pot and spend the morning enjoying your outdoor space, which includes a front porch, two decks, and a private back patio, shady and serene. Enjoy the water view from the top deck before heading inside, where you’ll find lots of room for the group to spread out. The open and airy main living space features all the essentials - a spacious, full kitchen with plenty of counter space and full suite of appliances, two dining tables for meal time, and a comfortable living room for relaxing with some TV in the evening. Each of the four bedrooms features an en suite bathroom and a TV as well if you can’t agree on what to watch. Tuck the kids into the bunk room and end the night back out on the patio, this time toasting your good luck at booking the perfect Seacrest escape.
