The Space:

** Pool Enhancement Update**

We’re excited to share that the Gulf Place Cabana Pool and Spa will be getting a fresh new look starting November 10, 2025! The resurfacing project will take approximately 3–4 weeks, and the pool deck will be temporarily closed during this time.

While upgrades are underway, guests are invited to relax and unwind at the Park Pool, which will be heated starting 11/1—perfect for enjoying a warm swim and soaking up the sunshine!

Wake up to views of the Gulf from this fourth-floor Santa Rosa Beach retreat at Gulf Place. A private balcony overlooks the building pool and the Gulf of Mexico in this bright and cheery home featuring floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, beautiful floors, a cute little kitchen, and a super-comfortable living area. The free WiFi will quickly download a favorite playlist for those early morning runs along the gulf coast and the shared tennis court is there to challenge someone you love to a friendly match. Later, splash around in the shared pool then take a little alone time in the jetted tub.



What’s nearby:

You'll be within walking distance of Sunrise Ice Cream & Candy Co., so be sure to get yourself a shaved ice or smoothie. Want more? The Perfect Pig, YOLO Board and Bike Rental, Artist at Gulf Place, and Ocean Elements Day Spa are also super close to you. Maybe birdwatching is your thing - there are lots of rare birds to be found along the Great Florida Birding Trail at Grayton Beach State Park, and, while you're at it, lots of rare brews to be found at local brewhouse Grayton Beer Brewpub, right next door. If you head into Seaside, you can also see some live music at the Seaside Amphitheater, less than seven miles away.

Beautiful location and just right for our girls trip

Wyndham was very easy to work with. We enjoyed having the chairs and umbrella set up for us every day and the free movie rental. Fun to walk to shops and dinner.

Perfect place at the beach

The property was really clean and decor was nice and peaceful. Access to the beach was great. So many restaurants and shops in the area in walking distance and art places to look at and classes to take. The mattress was really nice. Would stay there again.

Awesome trip

We have stayed at Gulfplace several times but this was our favorite condo. It was very clean and perfect for our family of 4. Also the view in the evenings was a great plus. Highly recommend.

Great property with excellent view

This property offers an excellent view of the Gulf of Mexico. The rooms are on the small side but big enough for several adults and/or children. There are many amenities nearby (shopping, dining, etc.) and the beach is just across the street. I hope to visit this property again.

Great location!

We’ve stayed in several places along 30A, but this is by far our favorite location. Walking distance to the beach, shopping and great restaurants. The beach chair service is amazing too! No need to drag all that stuff down it’s already set up for you. The view from the balcony is beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. We would stay here again for sure!!

Great location

We were happily surprised by the location within the neighborhood with all the shops and restaurants! We had a view of the beach and it was a very short walk to the beach access. The property is well kept. The beds were a little uncomfortable and could’ve used thicker comforters than the thin quilts. Over all, a satisfactory stay.

Great location

We were able to walk to get food which we loved. Great view of the ocean & easy access to it. Close to Destin’s outlet malls. The only negative thing I would point out was our shower held water. Other than that we had a great stay.

Went for a weekend getaway with daughter. Always love staying at Gulf Place for the location. Unit was fine. Had issue with TV, worked for a little while after maintenance visit, then down again. Worn fixtures and finishes, but comfortable place with nice layout.

The unit was very, very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. We had a very nice view of the ocean from our balcony. There were 2 beach access points that we used for our stay. One was only a few steps from the building and the other wasn't much further. Enjoy we did.

Fall break getaway

What a great place for a family of 4! Easy, close beach access. 5 minute walk from the condo front door to the gulf water. Only time we got in our car was to go to publix for supplies. Unit had all the essentials. No complaints here except it went too fast! Love Santa Rosa, and Gulf Place.
