Stay beach front and stay in style in uptown Ocean City in Fountainhead Towers! Enjoy the breathtaking ocean view through the large windows of the 2 story oceanfront great room. You can also enjoy beautiful sunrises from both first and second floor balconies. The spacious layout includes conveniences such as free high-speed internet, wi-fi, a full kitchen with granite countertops, and a washer/dryer on the first story. The first floor bedroom has a king bed. The second floor includes the master bedroom which includes a king bed, an en-suite bathroom, and an oceanfront balcony. The second bedroom on the second floor includes a queen bed while the other bedroom includes a twin bed with twin trundle. There is also a stylish loft with a queen sleep sofa so you can sleep up to 10 people comfortably. The living room has a Smart TV that also offers complimentary cable TV. Smart TVs are also located in the master bedroom upstairs, the queen bedroom and the first floor bedroom so you can enjoy streaming your favorite shows (with your login credentials.). Situated on the 17th floor of Fountainhead Towers, this condo provides a sense of exclusivity and privacy, while still being just steps away from the beach. Take a dip in the refreshing pool or explore the many nearby restaurants and activities such as Alley Oops or the original Greene Turtle! *There is a wood burning fireplace in the living room but this fireplace cannot be used during summer months, sorry.*

Located at 116th Street and Coastal Highway, you'll find the quieter side of Ocean City with tons of entertainment nearby. Fountainhead Towers has a long list of amenities including a pool, courtyard, tennis court, pickle ball courts, off-street registered parking, and brand-new elevators. Check out the restaurant behind the building as well.

Please note Fountainhead Towers has a $60 building amenity fee. This includes one parking pass. This fee needs to be paid at the building upon arrival and is cash only. An additional parking space is available on a first come, first served basis directly through the Fountainhead Towers when you arrive. Additional passes, if available are $50 week and typically are easily available.

*Linens are provided for this property. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. Comforters and pillows will be on all beds and sheets, towels and pillows will be delivered to the property in poly wrapped bads prior to 4 pm on the day of check in. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

**We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.

*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.

* No pets are allowed at this condo, sorry. This includes emotional support animals.

Guests are responsible for ensuring compliance by all members of their party, and by booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this these terms. Any violation of the above policies may result in eviction, loss of rent paid and an additional charge of $500.
