clean condo with great views

What a great small condo, tastefully furnished and equipped with all kitchen necessities if you'd like to do a bit of cooking. Great location, close to everything, yet away from the boardwalk crowds and noise. Property is well kept with a fantastic view of the ocean and the west side as well!

Charming beach condo!

This was our second summer staying at this lovely condo and again, it was such a wonderful experience! Perfectly charming, clean and comfortable condo! Nice view of the beach from the balcony. We stayed at the coastal crab for a mini week in June, and could not have had a more pleasant experience. The owners are extremely responsive and accommodating of their guests! Very clean and well stocked. The unit is fully updated and very modern looking. Ample and comfortable sleeping. The view is one of the best parts as you have a wide view of the ocean, town and bay. Very quiet and family friendly. Would definitely stay again!

August 2023 anniversary vacation

My wife, 11 year old daughter and i really enjoyed our stay at this property. My daughter did not want to leave and enjoyed the pool and beach very much. We were within walking distance of essentials if needed, and was an easy drive to get anywhere we wanted. It was especially nice having the beach locker storage space for our beach tent etc. as well. We found the condo well stocked with whatever we needed.

Perfect for our Family

My wife and I with our two children (8 and 5) enjoyed our six night stay in Ocean City! The condo has a great view to the beach and south looking down into Ocean City. The unit was great for the kids to enjoy the pull out sofa. The washer and dryer came in handy, kitchen is well stocked for your cooking needs, and the beach storage heading to the beach was great for storing chairs/umbrellas/sand toys. Chad/Nicole provided great communication before, during, and after the stay. Thanks for a great experience!

Great Condo!

This condo is comfortable and convenient! We love the pool, outdoor bathrooms, outdoor locker for beach stuff, and family atmosphere of the building and tennants. The Sunday night fireworks display in the park, perfectly visable from the balcony, is always an extra bonus, and this year when it concluded, there was a burst of applause from the balconies at Brae Mar -- as if we were watching the dispay as one big group! The upgrades to the bathroom and furniture this year in the condo were very much enjoyed! Chad and Nicole are so gracious and easy to work with; counting down til next summer;)

Lovely stay

This beach condo getaway had all we needed for a fun and relaxing vacation. We stayed Sunday-Friday, over July 4th, and we especially enjoyed watching the 125th Street bayside park fireworks from the large balcony. The fireworks were so close and spectacular that it felt like a private show! The condo has a large bedroom, with a king-sized bed, and separate access to the balcony. The kitchen, bath, and sittings areas were homey and had everything we needed. There is a pool and beach access, along with a gym. The location is within walking distance to a market and a few restaurants. The owners, Chad and Nicole, provided good info and were easy to reach if needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Little Spot for a Beach Vacation

It’s been a while since my 15 yo daughter and I went away together without our usual large group. This condo was the perfect location for just that! Steps to the beach. Easy access to downtown OC and the Delaware beaches. Open living/dining/kitchen area. Very cute, clean and comfortable. Fully equipped and nicely done. Full, clean bath and spacious bedroom with plenty of storage space and space to move around. Comfortable bed. The owners are quick to respond and pleasant to work with. We will definitely rent again!

A wonderful vacation at The Coastal Crab

My family (husband and 10 year old son) and I had a wonderful stay at The Coastal Crab. The location was perfect! Not only are you steps from the beach, there is a lot to do within walking distance. The condo had everything we needed. It was very comfortable with all the things needed for a great stay. We appreciated using the Keurig and coffee maker so there was no waiting to enjoy our morning Joe on the balcony while watching the beach. The king size bed was super comfy, as was the pull out couch. The tvs had roku, which was great for a day inside when we got too much sun the day before. The owners were great and offered lots of tips for how to make the most of our trip to OC. I highly recommend The Coastal Crab and hope to return soon!!

Perfect Location, Super Clean

The place was perfect for our stay! Excellent location, close enough to the boardwalk but also far enough to not feel crowded. Beach view was excellent and the condo was spacious. While we were there, the other tower had a water main break and they had to shut water off to both towers. Chad graciously venmoed us for water and coffee to cover the inconvenience. Two things to note. First, there is a parking fee which we payed, in hindsight we probably didn’t need to because of all the available street parking. Second, the beds don’t have sheets on them so don’t forget to bring sheets! We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely ocean view & great condo

This location was very far north in OC out of the chaos. Very convenient. The balcony was large with a great ocean view. The condo was lovely, just right for a couple. Although we didn't cook, the condo was well equipped. It was a well-appointed space. We had a lovely week there. The beach was steps away & there was not only a beach locker, but also a beach shower & sprayer to remove sand before going inside. Parking was convenient too. If we want to stay in OC again, we would definitely rent this condo again. It was perfect! We saw dolphins in the ocean & all types of seabirds from the balcony & the beach. We really loved the balcony!

Another Great Experience at Costal Crab

Our second trip to Coastal Crab as a family. My wife and I and our two children, 8 and 6, enjoyed our 6 days! The weather wasn’t the best but didn’t take away from our time as a family. The location in Northern Ocean City is great as it’s away from the craziness down near the boardwalk. But close enough to drive down to enjoy the boardwalk. We also drove to Assateague Island twice. One day to walk the trails (take bug spray) and another for an AM beach visit. The condo has everything you need for your time away from home. Proximity to the beach is great and storage locker of toys/chairs is valuable! Also, the park is a short walk near by. Lastly, Chad is an excellent host who communicates and responds quickly. Look forward to another trip in the future!
