Escape to sun, sea, and sand in beautiful Miramar Beach! Ideally situated at the Luau complex of the Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort, this bright one-bedroom has been gorgeously renovated to showcase updated features and amenities. Pairing comfort and convenience, enjoy walking distance to the beach and a suite of onsite amenities including a lagoon-style pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, community grill areas, and a fitness center.
Sporting a modern, coastal design, the interior features a bright, open layout. With modern essentials including central AC, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. The kitchen boasts a custom backsplash, custom counters, and updated stainless-steel appliances. Breakfast bar seating is available for four, and a four-seater dining table is set for full meals. With entry from the bedroom and living room, the private balcony is the perfect spot for enjoying morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail. Sprawl out on the living room sofa for a movie night on the wall-mounted smart TV, or head straight to the bedroom to enjoy your favorite shows from the comfort of the bed with the en suite flatscreen TV.

BUILDING CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Roofing Project is slated to begin in the coming days. Those of you in town may have noticed some of the staging and prep beginning on-site this afternoon.
This re-roof will begin on Tower 2 and then move over to Tower 1. We expect 8-9 weeks, with two weeks off for Thanksgiving and Christmas, so that this project will extend into early 2026.
This condo is currently for sale, and we may request showings during your stay.
For an additional sleeping option, there’s a queen sofabed in the living room
