With 4,268 sq ft of living space, 4 bedrooms, and 2.5 baths, there's plenty of room for everyone to enjoy. The spacious master bedroom features a king bed, TV, and a lavish jacuzzi tub for your relaxation needs. Keep up with your fitness routine in the private home gym, then head upstairs to the game room equipped with a TV, fuse ball table, board games, and a minibar on the patio with the best views of the city.

Outdoors, guests can bask in the Arizona sun while enjoying the saltwater pool or jacuzzi, complete with pool floats and lounge chairs. Grilling enthusiasts will appreciate the gas grill available for their use. And for families with little ones, a park-n-play and stroller are provided for your convenience. This charming estate is the perfect oasis for a luxury vacation.

**On occasions, the homeowner may stay in the guest house, utilizing the 1-car garage for parking or charging their car when in town. The guest house is situated below the main house, detached, and we are committed to respecting our guests' privacy at all times.**

Guest access
Guests have full access to the main house, patios, pool, and the 2-car garage. Kindly avoid blocking the 1-car garage.
Please be aware that the detached guest house on the property is not accessible. On occasions, the homeowner may stay in the guest house, utilizing the 1-car garage for parking or charging their car when in town. The guest house is situated below the main house, and we are committed to respecting our guests' privacy at all times.

Early check-in and late check-out are often available for an extra fee but are not guaranteed. Please contact us prior to your arrival/departure to request.

The house can accommodate 10 comfortably.
