We have a private balcony overlooking a small, quiet pond. Our open layout and pullout sofa makes the condo perfect for up to 8 guests. Whether you're here for a night or a couple weeks, you'll be super comfortable with the full kitchen, breakfast bar (see items below), cocktail bar, board games, Smart TVs, and amenity access - ZERO RESORT FEE!

Getting Around:

Everything within the resort is walking. You could walk to the nearby outlets and restaurants, though a car is recommended as the roads are a bit busier. Uber/lyft is readily available



Other Things to Note:

✔️ This is a private condo at a large resort. You get access to the all the amenities like every other guest except the front desk and shuttle - their guests pay an additional daily fee for that which you save

✔️ Because we're only 1 condo, we don't control the amenities, their functionality or availability. As a result, we do not issue refunds for amenity closures or issues related to amenities

✔️ Noise is possible given this is a resort. We don't issue refunds due to construction or construction-related noise, or renovations/noise of neighboring condos

✔️ While we treat for pests this is Florida and it's not uncommon to see one. We don't issue refunds for pest-related issues
