The main living area has an open great room with plenty of natural light and is adjacent to the outdoor deck where you can enjoy sunsets over Copano Bay. There are 2 bedrooms on this floor with 2 full baths, a laundry room, fully appointed kitchen and plenty of seating. The lower level under the house is great for the outdoor experience: 2 grills, a temperature controlled outdoor shower / rinse station, fish cleaning station, plenty of seating options, a drying line, and a semi private feeling tiki-like area for entertaining. This is all next to the manicured lawn where you can supervise the "littles". There is fun lighting in the evening. This is a low traffic and calm community that you can take in the natural aspect of the area. Wonderful sunset views over Copano Bay along with excellent stargazing.Guests have use of the whole house and property. There are 2 “owners closets” that remain locked but guests are encouraged to enjoy the extra amenities on hand such as loaner binoculars, fish cleaning station, 2 grills, charging station and portable bluetooth speaker. Owner can be called, texted or reached through the app. Owner will respond either way as quickly as possible and are always open to suggestions for future stays!
