Südwesten Haus am San Antonio River

Nein, wir sind nicht auf dem RiverWalk, aber wir haben über eine Meile Uferpromenade am San Antonio River. Unser Haus liegt auf dem Land, abseits von Stadtgeräuschen und Verkehrsstaus. Wir sind jedoch nur 15 Minuten vom Riverwalk, dem Alamo Dome, dem Alamo, dem SBC Center (Heimat der San Antonio Spurs), dem Joe Freeman Coliseum und anderen interessanten Orten und Veranstaltungen in San Antonio entfernt. Sea World und Fiesta Texas sind nur 30 Minuten entfernt und Schlitterbaum, Amerikas Nr. 1 Wasserpark, ist nur eine Stunde entfernt.

Wir sind auf 110 Hektar mit über einer Meile von San Antonio River Front gelegen. Mehrere schöne Gebiete wurden zum Angeln und / oder Schwimmen geräumt. Wandern und Radfahren waren die Favoriten für viele, die hier übernachtet haben. Wir sind nur wenige Minuten vom Rodeo entfernt, das jeden Februar in San Antonio stattfindet. Wir haben viele Pfeilspitzen und andere indische Artefakte auf unserem Grundstück gefunden.

Jack und ich freuen uns, dass Besucher von San Antonio bei uns zu Hause bleiben. Bitte lesen Sie die Eigentümergeschichte für weitere Informationen.

Dies ist ein großes, geräumiges Haus (4.200 Quadratmeter) mit vielen offenen Bereichen. Es gibt einen Innenhof vor dem Haus, eine Terrasse außerhalb von zwei der drei Schlafzimmer und eine große Veranda mit angrenzendem Deck zum Kochen und Unterhalten. Es gibt auch einen Whirlpool mit Zugang von 2 der 3 Schlafzimmer.

Das große Familienzimmer verfügt über einen 70-Zoll-Großbildfernseher mit Surround-Sound. Das große Wohnzimmer verfügt über ein Schlafsofa und einen großen 32-Zoll-TV. Der Speisesaal bietet bequem Platz für 20-22 Personen.

Wir benötigen 300 $. 00 Kaution bei der Ankunft. Diese wird Ihnen innerhalb von 7 Tagen zurückgesandt, wenn alles in gutem Zustand ist und keine Schäden entstanden sind. Wir benötigen auch 100 Dollar. 00 Endreinigung.

THIS is the San Antonio experience- sure there is the river walk but who needs it when you have private access to a mile of the San Antonio River! My husband and son enjoyed the river and i loved how nice it was to be able to walk down and fish- close to lakes for charter fishing and close to amenities yet far enough away- Highly recommend! The host was exceptional- communicated well- and thought of everything-we came as strangers and felt like family when we left- thank yal for everything!

We had a wonderful stay at Margaret and Jack's home. It was spacious, clean, well stocked, and felt just like home. Margaret was a great host! What a great get away

We stayed here with our 3 young children and had the best time. Margaret and Jack are wonderful hosts and take so much pride in their home. The property is amazing and we had a blast playing in the river, going on walks in the woods, and having a campfire. Easy to get into town but is a perfect country getaway. Thank you!

Fun stay at a unique property

Amazing property with great hospitality

We couldn't have asked for more. The owners are great people, and it's the best nature retreat ever. It was so peaceful, and the mostly wooded 100 acres along the river safe very accessible by well kept nice roads that you can walk or drive. Wonderful hiking and fishing experience, and spacious accommodations with so much to offer

Special stay

We really enjoyed our stay. Peaceful, safe, lots to entertain our small kids. The closet with toys for all ages really made a difference for us. We enjoyed a quiet short walk to the river. We will be back again:) thank you!

Nice place to enjoy the outdoors

Brought the family for a weekend away. Plenty of space for 10 people to hang out. Kids enjoyed playing in the river and there was lots of land to hike and check out the beauties of nature. Close to the city, so it was the right mix for our needs.

Relaxing Adult Weekend!!

We stayed at the property with 2 other couples, the house was everything we hoped for and the owners were great! The men really enjoyed chatting with Jack! The fishing was easily accessible but we didnt end up catching much. Overall a great property!!

Family & Friends with lots of littles

We were able to relax and enjoy ourselves because the home was like staying at a family home. Kitchen stocked for big meals, lots of property for the kids to explore without the worry of other people around, toys/games and toiletries I hadn’t expected to be there, but it was nice to have available. We felt welcome!

Beautiful home, awesome owners.

Had a great time during Fiesta. This was exactly what I was looking for, a spacious country home on a large piece of land a short drive from downtown San Antonio. One day your on the Riverwalk the next you walking on the river looking for arrowheads and fossils. I highly recommend this home!

Great family place

Margaret and Jack were amazing hosts and very helpful. The river is an easy walk to fish or swim. The house is very comfortable and has plenty of space. There are also many games and toys for the kids. My boys loved being out in the woods, but with that comes insects (ants, wasps, scorpions), but that didn’t deter us any. We loved this place and I would definitely stay again!

Fantastic Family Fun!

Margaret and Jack are the best. This house is a vacation within itself! So much to do and the kiddos loved it! We had access to tube the river, fish and the best part the kids ran around and explored! The house is warm and charming. We felt very welcomed! 5 Stars! We will definitely be back!!!

Amazing property

This was literally my dream home. The owners were very nice and accomodating. We were there for christmas with our family, and they left up their beautiful decorations for our family to enjoy. Beautiful Property

We loved our stay! We had plenty of room for our group of 6. This was just what I was looking for. It was great for me and my husband who love to fish, hike, and explore. It also worked well for our friends who don't enjoy nature as much. They were able to relax in the beautiful home or make a short 10 minute trip to town. Margaret and her husband were very welcoming and wonderful hosts. I look forward to coming back!

Great get away with the boys

The property is close enough to San Antonio tourist sites but far enough away to be in the country. The house is big enough to accommodate 12 people sleeping, officially. Margaret and Jack were perfect hosts. We hiked and explored the property. The boys rode their bikes, fished, and played in the river. It was a super laid back adventure. We loved it and plan on going back.
