Welcome to Park View A, a beautifully renovated historic apartment built in 1875 and thoughtfully updated to blend timeless Savannah charm with modern comfort. This first-floor, three-bedroom, two-bath residence sits directly across from the south end of Forsyth Park, giving guests unbeatable access to one of Savannah’s most iconic and picturesque outdoor spaces. With classic architectural features, soaring ceilings, and abundant natural light, Park View A offers an inviting home base for your stay in the Historic District.
The spacious living room overlooks the park and features comfortable seating, a large flat-screen TV, and a decorative fireplace that adds charm and warmth to the space. The newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped for longer stays and includes a dining area with seating for six to eight guests—ideal for casual breakfasts or a cozy dinner in. Throughout the apartment you will find new mattresses, stylish furnishings, freshly refinished hardwood floors, and carefully selected décor that enhances the historic character of the home.
The primary bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, decorative fireplace, TV, and a private en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom features a king-sized bed and TV, while the third offers a queen bed and TV. A second full bathroom with a walk-in shower is conveniently located off the living room. Additional conveniences include an in-unit washer and dryer, central heating and air, and fast Wi-Fi to keep you connected throughout your stay.
