Fairview Isles 104 is a light and bright 2-bedroom, 2-bath vacation condo located on the desirable south end of Fort Myers Beach. Situated directly across the street from the beach on Estero Blvd, this condo offers easy access to the sand along with a relaxed island atmosphere.

When you enter the condo, you’re greeted by a cheerful kitchen featuring updated flooring and modern cabinetry. It’s a welcoming space that flows naturally into the dining area, where a table for four provides the perfect spot for meals or gathering with family and friends.

Beyond the dining area is the comfortable living room, furnished with cozy seating and a TV for relaxing after a day in the sun. Sliding glass doors open to the private balcony, where guests can enjoy the island breeze. With a table for four, it’s an ideal setting for outdoor dining, morning coffee, or simply unwinding with a good book.

The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, its own TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom includes two twin beds and a TV, making it great for families or additional guests. A second full bathroom, also with a tub/shower combo, ensures convenience and comfort for everyone. The unit also includes an in-house washer and dryer for added ease during longer stays.

Fairview Isles offers a welcoming community atmosphere with amenities such as a heated pool, BBQ grills, and a screened-in gathering area with tables and chairs. Guests can enjoy sunshine by the pool or take a quick walk across the street to the beach. The property is also conveniently located just north of the newly reopened Santini Marina Plaza, now home to shops, restaurants, and local favorites.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds newer and stronger after Hurricane Ian. We have been hard at work to make the island beautiful again. Despite our recovery mode, we are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy our beautifully restored, white sandy beaches and emerald, green Gulf waters. Your vacation home has been renovated and inspected prior to your arrival.
